The big feast, the sharing of gifts, the noise, the party games and the arguments, all making Christmas a much loved tradition in my life .
This picture is from Christmas 2010 and it is the only photo of the whole family together since about 1985, every attempt between has ended in tears.
We have 3 new additions for this year's Christmas Family Photo, 3 one year old babies - how will we fit them all in ?? Or get them to sit still long enough?!?!
Maybe a professional photographer is a Christmas must have!?!

I have made my sons some Christmas sacks and stockings, which was a big feat with my sewing skills. The first attempt at stockings didn't go to plan so the dog now has a mini stocking all of her own.

As money is tight this year I have been hunting online for decorations I can make myself. This 'How to Make a 3D Paper Star' tutorial is so easy and the finished decoration is simply beautiful. I will be hanging a few of these stars in the window with my son Fred's glittery trees his made.
As a BIG fan of Christmas I don't think it's too much to have two trees but my husband disagrees -
Oh well I won't let that stop me :-)
This year I am having a real Norwegian Spruce and my little artificial tree, both in my living room, I want it to be a real winter wonderland!

I will also, of course, be decorating my trees with TwinkleBalls' Character Baubles.
I really love Grace's Favours too, they have some super cute decorations and lovely gift ideas perfect for stocking fillers.
For 3 years I have been searching for a cute fairy to top my tree and I am so pleased that my search finally came to an end in October when I found Ryland Crafts, I LOVE my little angel made especially for me. I have to thank It's Christmas for finding her for me, its a great Facebook networking page that hunts down Christmas goodies on your behalf!
Cards will have to be sent soon so my husband and I will be forcing the little ones to pose in their festive costumes for the Woracker Christmas Shoot, if it doesn't go well I have a back up plan - Evelyn Mae has the most beautiful and unique cards for all occasions, and great friendly customer service too.
I have brought all but two gifts already and they have all come from online craft pages, I love the variety these independent businesses offer and the quality is impeccable.One of my favourites is Pink Giraffe they sells fabulous Jewellery as does another favourite of mine Pretty.

I absolutely love the toys made by the fabulous Wooden Toy Gallery and there are some fantastic and wonderfully original gifts at Doodlemakes, I especially like the dinosaur in a tutu :-) Patricks Pieces have some lovely unique, hand embroidered and beaded pictures, I brought my son Fred a Rocket picture for his room and he absolutely loves it!
